About the Shop

Q: Where are you located?

A: Unicorn Paper is based out of the USA and is located in the greater area of Nashville, Tennessee! 

Q: Do you ever sell at pop-up shows or conventions?

A: I do! The majority of my pop-up and or conventions are within the greater TN region. I will though, occasionally travel out of state! If you want to see me at your local event drop me a line. All of my events are promoted on my instagram account --  for sure keep your eyes peeled!

Q: Are you open to collaborating with my brand?

A: Of course! I love working with like minded brands and individuals. Feel free to contact me with your proposal.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Yes! Wholesale is available to brick and mortar stores and or subscription boxes. Please see see the Unicorn Paper wholesale page here.

Q: Do you take commissions?

A: Yes! Please contact me if you're interested in commission work! If it sounds like a fun project and we'd make a good fit -- I'd love to work with you! 

Q: Can I use your artwork for a tattoo?

A: I do! But I do have a few requirements. All I ask is that you: Ask me first, and if approved than purchase the item you're having done from my store! 

And of course, afterwards you show me a picture! I'd love to see how it came out. I may even feature it on Instagram! 

 

Processing & Shipping 

Q:How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Order processing normally takes 1-3 days to pack and ship. Holidays and large product releases may increase processing times. 


Q:
How long does shipping take?

A: Below is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider.

US/Canada: 1-2 weeks delivery
Europe: 2-4 weeks delivery
Australia: 2-4 weeks delivery
Everyone Else: 3-4 weeks delivery

Q: Do you offer priority / rush shipping?

A: At this time I do not offer rush shipping.

Q: Do you offer insurance on shipping?

A: Insurance is included for all international orders and for all domestic orders over $50! 

Q: Where is my international order?

A: International parcels are shipped via USPS First Class International using the Global Advantage Program provided by a third party shipping company.

This postage method has limited tracking in order to keep costs low for international buyers. 

Orders generally can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive (approx. 14-22 business days).

Q: It's been a while since I ordered but my international package has not arrived yet. What should I do?

A: Please remember that international shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive! (approx. 14-22 business days) Email me at UnicornPaperCo@gmail.com if your order seems to be "stuck" in one location and it has been more than 5 weeks since you've ordered.

I would be more than happy to help you resolve the issue, and or set you up with a replacement order. 

Q: Can you mark the price down of my order as a "GIFT" to avoid custom fees?

A: Unfortunately this is a legal offense in the United States. I can not mark your international order as a gift to avoid custom fees. 

Customers are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any taxes or fees that their country may ask for. Please be aware of your country's fees and policies BEFORE placing an order!  

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: Once shipped, all sales are final and no returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted. This rule applies to all preorders as well. Please be sure to read each listing carefully before purchasing!

Q: I received a pin with imperfections (major spots, overfill, underfill, scratches, etc). What should I do?

A: While I strive to send the best quality pins possible, please be aware that enamel pins are handmade and may contain minor imperfections. If you feel the issue is major and an error has occurred with your order please send me a clear picture of the flawed pin and I will gladly replace or exchange. 

Pin Grading 

Q: What is your pin grading scale?

A:  Please remember that pins are handmade items.  

Standard Grade: Free of any major defects but may have minor imperfections such as:
♡ Tiny stray glitter specs
Superficial tiny bubbles in enamel or epoxy coating
♡ Imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin
♡ Superficial scratches to metal surfaces
♡ Superficial paint drops or spreading into other enamel
♡ Slightly lower fills in minor areas
♡ Other imperfections that are only visible upon extremely close-up inspection and/or when light hits the pin at a specific angle

Seconds/"Oopsie" Grade: Multiple minor and/or major defects. May exhibit any of the imperfections listed above or below
♡ Peeling enamel or missing enamel
♡ Wrong color enamel
♡ Heavy scratching on enamel or metal plating
♡ Tarnish of metal plating
♡ Other unexpected problems

Flaws may differ between each pin and is completely. When you purchase a standard or seconds/"oopsie" grade pin, you agree to accept the item AS IS according to the above grading system.
