Q: Where are you located?A: Unicorn Paper is based out of the USA and is located in the greater area of Nashville, Tennessee! Q: Do you ever sell at pop-up shows or conventions?A: I do! The majority of my pop-up and or conventions are within the greater TN region. I will though, occasionally travel out of state! If you want to see me at your local event drop me a line. All of my events are promoted on my instagram account -- for sure keep your eyes peeled! Q: Are you open to collaborating with my brand?A: Of course! I love working with like minded brands and individuals. Feel free to contact me with your proposal. ♥ Q: Do you offer wholesale?A: Yes! Wholesale is available to brick and mortar stores and or subscription boxes. Please see see the Unicorn Paper wholesale page here. Q: Do you take commissions?A: Yes! Please contact me if you're interested in commission work! If it sounds like a fun project and we'd make a good fit -- I'd love to work with you! Q: Can I use your artwork for a tattoo?A: I do! But I do have a few requirements. All I ask is that you: Ask me first, and if approved than purchase the item you're having done from my store! |
Processing & Shipping ♥
Q:How long does it take to ship my order?A: Order processing normally takes 1-3 days to pack and ship. Holidays and large product releases may increase processing times.

Returns & Exchanges ♥
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?A: Once shipped, all sales are final and no returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted. This rule applies to all preorders as well. Please be sure to read each listing carefully before purchasing! Q: I received a pin with imperfections (major spots, overfill, underfill, scratches, etc). What should I do?A: While I strive to send the best quality pins possible, please be aware that enamel pins are handmade and may contain minor imperfections. If you feel the issue is major and an error has occurred with your order please send me a clear picture of the flawed pin and I will gladly replace or exchange. |

Q: What is your pin grading scale?A: Please remember that pins are handmade items. Standard Grade: Free of any major defects but may have minor imperfections such as: Seconds/"Oopsie" Grade: Multiple minor and/or major defects. May exhibit any of the imperfections listed above or below Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor! Thank you! ♥ |
